As part of pre-work, each participant completes a survey that highlights what their main issues are when it comes to communicating and collaborating with other team members.

WORKSHOP 1
(5 hours, face to face)

Learn more

A 5-hour workshop that explains why communication is crucial to success. Without the basics covered, we can never truly optimise results or enhance individual performances.
This workshop introduces participants to communication styles, strategies for handling difficult (or just different) communicators, and explores positive language for professional settings.

WORKSHOP 2
(5 hours, face to face)

Learn more

A 5-hour workshop that explores creative strategies for better collaboration and supportive measures for conflict management.
This workshop identifies tools for collaboration that support modern workplaces. We also look at conflict resolution options like ‘courageous conversations’ to help you decide what strategies will work for your team.

FOLLOW UP
(period defined by the business, with reflection and discussion)

As follow-up, participants put into action the strategies they’ve learnt, and complete a self-reflection. In due course, they discuss what has changed, improvements or continued ‘roadblocks’ with their leader.
