Workshop Purpose

Delegation skills are essential in fast-paced, modern work environments where leaders are juggling multiple priorities. Is Delegation Training only available in person?

This Delegation Training Program can be delivered face-to-face onsite, as online training via Zoom or in a hybrid format; depending on the organisation’s set-up. It is a highly interactive session, typically made up of strategies, discussions and a series of activities to support step-by-step job application. The training can be complemented with coaching sessions with a Thinka coach. Coaching plays an important role in challenging old behaviours and building fresh confidence and capability in each of the participants. Human Skills Program with Pepperstone


1. What was the objective?

Pepperstone wanted to deliver a human skills program to their organisation to uplift capabilities across a range of areas. The program had to offer a range of skills, delivery modes, and timezones to accommodate the diverse needs of the organisation and its leaders. The importance of delegation was central to upskilling these leaders, to improve their management skills.

2. How did we do it?

By establishing a series of APAC and EMEA deliveries, alongside an in-person offering, Thinka delivered on seven different human skills; coaching, feedback, communication skills, negotiation, delegation skills training and presentation skills. The final skill was a specialised Leading Hybrid workshop that supported the capability development of leaders working in a hybrid environment.

3. How was it integrated and what were the results?

A range of activities, discussions and contemporary models supported the learning and left participants with skills they could transfer into their role as leaders in a hybrid-working environment.

This is no ‘death by PowerPoint’ experience – our facilitators are skilled in presenting and leading immersive experiences that get the most out of people. Our virtual workshops breathe fresh life into the online experience with their almost ‘radio show’ feel. Our expert facilitators use a combination of multimedia, questioning techniques and break out activities to target micro-skills – with a focus on application. Supported by an online platform hosting custom-built workshop materials, participants can be assured of a lively, dynamic session that has a distinct bias to action. We have a 6 person minimum for a virtual workshop.
