1. What was the objective?
Working with a combination of emerging and established leaders, this series of workshops was designed to give the team essential leadership skills on the back of an organisation-wide restructure.
2. How did we do it?
We defined six key capabilities that we needed to focus on, including: leadership communication, resolving conflict, assertiveness, leading a strengths-based culture and how to land presentations. Using a practical learning approach, we targeted each of these capabilities through a series of pre and post workshop tasks that embedded the learning into each leader’s routine.
3. How was it integrated and what were the results?
The learning was integrated through a learning loop of pre-workshop, workshop and post-workshop integration tasks. This allowed us to see the enhanced performance of leaders after each workshop and further target capabilities that required more work.
