PRE-WORK
(30 minutes)

As part of pre-work, each participant completes a survey that highlights their main issues preventing them from doing their best work.

WORKSHOP 1
(5 hours, face to face)

Learn more

A 5-hour workshop that explains why results-based working (where teams are accountable to results not working hours) is the way of the future.
This workshop introduces participants to how results-based working changes culture and helps organisations stay nimble. Looks at strategies for focused work, adaptability and resourcing.

WORKSHOP 2
(5 hours, face to face)

A 5-hour workshop that explores how teams can increase flexibility and respond to change for better results.
This workshop identifies principles for agile working and practical tools that can guide all teams (not just software developers) and the value of transparency, open communication and honesty.

FOLLOW UP
(ongoing, with reflection and discussion)

As follow up, participants put into action the skills they’ve learnt, with a self-reflection (and discussion with their team/leader) on how their productivity has improved.
