Soft Skills Training
Thinka’s Soft Skills Training is focussed on developing human skills in executives, leaders and teams around Australia.
We partner with organisations on professional development to deliver soft skills training programs in person or virtually. Thinka specialises in the development of ‘human skills’ – the group of ‘soft skills’ that improves capability in core skills like communication, adaptability and conflict resolution. As part of a human skills workshop, participants walk away with useful strategies, tools and templates to help with on-the-job application.
The benefits of soft skills training include enhanced leadership skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills – these are the key enablers of a thriving work environment. Soft skills are complementary to hard skills and technical skills and help to round out the performance of teams, leaders and executives. Soft skills development is the edge organisations need for the future of work, as we start to automate more manual processes and place greater value on human skills, like effective communication.
Here is a list of important soft skills that organisations in Melbourne, Sydney and around Australia are already experiencing. Organisations that have recognised skills gaps and are committed to growing new skills in their employees to improve soft skill competencies and encourage employee engagement and retention.
