PRE-WORK
(30 minutes)

As part of pre-work, each participant completes a survey that highlights their main issues when it comes to time management, prioritising, delegating and developing effective work habits.

WORKSHOP 1
(5 hours, face to face)

Learn more

A 5-hour workshop where we examine work habits honestly and decide on what is productive and isn’t productive for the team and its results.
Participants learn how to change poor work habits and see where they are misusing time. They develop strategies for creating workflows that are productive and that make the most of what time they have.

WORKSHOP 2
(5 hours, face to face)

Learn more

A 5-hour workshop where we learn strategies for ‘working smarter’ – understanding how to prioritise work and delegate for better outcomes.
Participants learn effective prioritising and delegating techniques that focus on achieving team outcomes. They learn how to work more agile and transparently, surrendering any ‘control freak’ behaviours.

FOLLOW UP
(period defined by the business, with reflection and discussion)

As follow up, participants put into action the skills they’ve learnt, with a self-reflection (and discussion with their team/leader) on how their time-management, prioritising and work habits have improved.
